ranked from most to least favorite:

  1. miami blue (19-69): between the lemon, ginger, and chemicals, this should be screaming 'cleaning product,' but it smells exactly like reading magazines by a swimming pool. perfect.

  2. summer street (brandt): most notes vanish instantly and leave the honey-powder note, apricot jam, and snuffed matchstick. summer vacation at 8:00 when the sun is just below the horizon.

  3. the point (clue): fresh teahousey-gardeny impression with a detectable crushed porcelain note. an innocent cottagecore vibe---not for me, but enjoyable.

  4. red velvet salon (villa erbatium): medicinal on the first spray, then dries down to something way too dark-wood-lounge for my tacky ass. there's a note in a lot of east asian frags, including this one, that comes out on me like menthol.

  5. miami shake (juliette has a gun): speaking of tacky, here's an aughties sweet-cream gourmand on synthetic musk. the strawberry on top is wonderful but lasts as long as the flavor in a stick of juicyfruit.

  6. love-o-matic (room 1015): massive disappointment. like trying to get bubblegum out of my carpet with lysol.
